welcome to my library of tools.
Today more than ever, I consider the ability to quiet the noise and re-find our center a superpower. One that we can only cultivate, one step at the time.
These are the practices that helped (and still help) me do that, and navigate moments of confusion, overwhelm, fear... and more.
A collection of practices
As you walk in:
- you find audio drops (4-7min each) with guided exercises that you can do anytime, anywhere
- you enter a living library: I constantly update this collection with a combination of breathing, somatic, energetic and cognitive tools
- you find tools that do both, help you re-find our center when you feel activated, and cultivate a new long-term baseline and state of attunement
1 group practice call (per month)
These are the same practices that I use myself, everyday. Once per month I host a group call where we can gather for Q&A, to learn with and from each other, and to practice together.
