In this library you'll find the practices that help me do that, and navigate moments of confusion, overwhelm, fear... and more.

A collection of practices

As you walk in:

  • you find audio drops (4-7min each) with exercises guided by me that you can do anytime, anywhere
  • you enter a living library: I constantly update this collection with a combination of breathing, somatic, energetic and cognitive tools
  • you find tools that do both — help you re-find our center when you feel activated, and cultivate a new long-term baseline and state of attunement

These are the same practices that I use myself, everyday.

Occasionally I host a group call where we can gather for Q&A, to learn with and from each other, and to practice together. Yes, this is a one-off payment to access the practices, but you can join any of these calls. :)


Practice list

This collection currently includes:

  1. Breathe from the Roots — my cornerstone daily practice to re-ignite full body vitality, clarity and presence (7min). This is particularly effective in case of exhaustion of burnout.
  2. Land with Texture — my go-to technique to re-find my center when I fall into states of extreme overwhelm, anxiety or fear (7min)
  3. Adjust your intake — a practice to identify what things get into your system and "poison your soil", making it harder to access clarity, and alignment (5min)
  4. Setting Boundaries (as a Gift) — a relational tool to reframe how we think about boundaries, and conversation prompts to set them in a way that is regenerative instead of reactive (5min)
  5. On Ancestry — a tool to identify ancestral traits and tendencies that we might be (unconsciously) repeating, or that might be interfering with our current journey (7min)
  6. The Long Exhale — my go-to Samurai breathing technique to release tension, and find a state of deep presence (6min)
  7. Scan and Shake — a guided somatic practice to map tensions in your body and release them (5min)
  8. Cast the Vibe — my everyday exercise to set my energy in alignment with the kind of things and situations I want to experience (4min)
  9. Recapitulate Power — a Toltec practice to identify "knots of energy" and limiting ideas of ourselves that we left in past experiences, and how to claim our power back (7min)
  10. What for? — my cornerstone practice. This is THE question I ask everyday, to identify the hidden invitation and opportunity behind any challenge I experience. (8min)
